Derek...
In show business since the age of thirteen,
Derek has performed for many an audience
Originally from New York City, he spent many years of his life on the east coast as a member and lead singer of "The Drifters" (Under the Boardwalk) and later joining "Frankie Lymon's Teenagers" of "Why Do Fools Fall in Love" fame.
He's done television, movies and has written spots for radio ads. Recently, he completed his second CD on the "Nebraska Cornhuskers" available for release everywhere. Quite an impressive history!
As far as talent is concerned, Derek amazes every audience he comes in contact with.
"Lively...Energetic...Upbeat...and Totally Entertaining", are just a few words to describe the impact he has on an audience.
All one has to do is catch him in performance
to agree!
His repertoire is as varied as the age groups he caters to. He covers all styles of music, from Big Band to current Top-40 hits of today.
